  1. Limit media exposure.
  2. If possible, move away from where you had your breakdown and choose to live in a more peaceful area. 
  3. Sleep naked. 
  4. Avoid taking long commutes on a regular basis.
  5. Try to get into a routine of things you do daily or every other day to give you structure.
  6. Journal
  7. Write a daily gratitude list
  8. Have a salad each day
  9. Positive affirmations
  10. Intentionally do things that are chllenging for you, you should get stronger over time.
